Super easy to schedule a service… technician arrived early even though the block of time was between 8:30 and 1 he arrived at 8:30! Super nice, very helpful, professional, clean, and respectful. I was in a pinch and needed a battery replacement and this is the first time using this service. Now I’ll be a customer for life. Highly recommend this service!

Had a great experience with Sean today. He worked on a car me and my friend share after we had an urgent coolant leak. He understood the situation and made time to get the job done quickly, which we really appreciated. Throughout the whole process, he was thoughtful, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. My mother found [them] while looking for a service that could come to her residence to do a battery replacement. At first she got stuck at the point in the process where you have to receive a text to confirm something. She’s lived a lot of life and a lot of years but never bothered with texting. Fortunately I was able to log on and do that part for her. I left the phone number set to mine since I figured they might communicate by text on the day of the visit.

I wasn’t sure if that would cause problems, but fortunately Sean was very understanding and helpful, and had no problem finding and contacting my mother. She said he was very nice and a great representative of the company. All the work went smoothly, and Sean was even able to knock a substantial amount off the quoted price once he was able to evaluate the situation in person.
